Price and availability

Price

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible price offer, so we ask that you set and maintain competitive prices for your products. It is up to you to specify the price of the item that will be listed on Monstroplace, and we recommend that you check the prices of the same item from other sellers.

By listing products for sale, you confirm the relevance of price and availability. It is unacceptable to change the cost of goods during communication with the buyer when confirming the order. The product must be sold at the price indicated on the site at the time of placing the order.

All prices on our website are in Euros.

Availability and stock

Up-to-date information about the availability of your products on the site is one of the factors for the successful operation of the store. You manage goods in your personal account, and the Warehouses function is also available to you, it allows you to:

• set a different quantity of goods at different offline points (shops and warehouses);

• export and import the quantity of goods at each point;

• show shoppers availability in stores;

• limit from which warehouses and to which regions you can deliver goods;

• set for each region, from where in the first place to transport and write off goods;

• warn the buyer about the delay if the goods need to be transported from some particularly remote point or from a supplier.

The product is out of stock.

If the product is out of stock or it is not available for some period of time, you can specify different action scenarios for such a case. Go to the "Products" → "Products" page and click on the desired item in the list, the edit page will open, and on it you can select "Pricing / inventory" → "Zero price action":

• Global - the buyer will not be able to buy the product in one of the following cases:

o if the product is out of stock;

o if you have specified a date from which the product will be available (Available from), and this date has not yet arrived.

• Pre-Order - The buyer will be able to buy the product in advance, regardless of how many copies of the product are currently in stock and whether the availability date of the product is indicated.

• Subscribe to notifications - the buyer will be able to subscribe to a notification that the product is in stock; this notification will be sent by email.

Not selected - the customer will not be able to add the item to the cart if:

• In the "In stock" field, the item has a value of 0, and a negative number of items in stock is prohibited.

• The item's "Available From" field has a date that has not yet arrived.

Pre-order - customers will be able to buy the product in advance, regardless of how many copies of the product are currently in stock and whether the availability date of the product is specified. The quantity of such a product in stock can become negative

Subscribe to notifications

If an item is out of stock, you can allow buyers to sign up for email notification:

• Registered users will only need to check the box. "Notify me" when the product is in stock on the product page.

• Guests will be required to enter an email address to send notifications to.

Buyers who subscribe to the notification will receive an email as soon as the product becomes available.

You can set the maximum and minimum number of items per order. To set the number of items that a user can purchase in an order at one time:

1. Open the "Products" → "Products" page in the admin panel.

2. Click on the name of the item you are interested in to open the edit page.

3. Enter the desired number of copies of the product in the "Maximum order" or "Minimum order" field from the "Pricing / Stock" section.

4. Click the "Save" button.

Working with product subscriptions

On our site, users can subscribe to products and thus track price dynamics and the current availability of products of interest to them.

There are two ways to view the list of subscribers:

• To see the number of subscribers for products, open the page "Products" → "Products", click on the gear button in the upper right part of the page and select the option "Products by subscription". A list of products will open, and next to each product, the number of subscribers will be indicated in a separate column.
• To see subscribers for a specific product, open the page "Products" → "Products", click on the name of the desired product and go to the Subscribers tab.

To add a subscriber, use one of the two buttons:

• Add Subscriber - Enter an email address manually.

• Select Buyer - Sign one or more registered buyers.
