1. Why is the store blocked

A store ban is a restriction on the ability to sell items on Monstroplace. All products become unavailable for ordering during the blocking, while orders received earlier must be processed.

Reasons why the store may be blocked:

• debt on the account;
• based on complaints from buyers;
• low level of order fulfillment;
• low speed of processing orders or customer requests;
• low rating of the seller or cheating of the seller's rating;
• fraud with product cards;
• manipulations with orders, reviews, etc., which mislead buyers or the site administration;
• transfer (sale) of an account to a third party;
• legal entity / FLP is in the process of termination of activity;
• violation of the rules and conditions or provisions described in the contract;
• actions of an individual order, which the administration refers to as those that can lead to reputational, financial, or legal losses.

The reason and duration of blocking your store will be indicated in the blocking e-mail.

How to unlock the store

We want you to analyze the reasons why your store is blocked. In response to the blocking letter, write what actions you will take to correct the situation. But remember, words alone are not enough, and if you do not correct the situation in reality, then in the future your account may be blocked again for a longer period.

The purpose of blocking the store is not to punish, but to show which areas need to be improved in order to meet the standards of work and the expectations of customers. These parameters are very important, as quality of service and customer service are priorities for all sellers on the Monstroplace Marketplace.

2. Account debt blocking

The store is given a credit period from the moment the debt begins. The notice of the debt is sent to the owner's email and displayed in the personal account, the period remaining until the moment of blocking and the amount to be paid are also indicated there.

If you do not replenish the balance within the specified period, your store will be automatically blocked. Orders received up to this point are not canceled, they must be processed.

You can create an invoice to replenish the balance on the main page of your personal account.

After paying off the store's debt, the goods will become active and will be available for ordering. If funds were received on the balance, but the store was not automatically activated, write an appeal to the administration.

In case of blocking for debt, the monthly fee for access to the platform is deducted in full, according to the service agreement. We recommend keeping an eye on your balance and avoiding debt. When paying, please note that bank transfers can take up to 3 business days.

3. Blocking for dishonest fulfillment of obligations to buyers

The store may be blocked due to complaints from customers about the quality of service or after an analysis of its work by the Monstroplace administration.

The reason for blocking can be:

• sale of low-quality, non-original (fake, copy, etc.) product or one that does not correspond to the description and characteristics stated on the Monstroplace website;
• deception, fraud and misleading of buyers;
• the sale of goods is more expensive than the seller indicated on the Monstroplace website;
• adding additional payments to the value of goods declared on the site (for packaging, registration, verification, etc.) without notification and agreement with the buyer;
• ignoring appeals under warranty or for the purpose of replacing/returning goods;

To resume the work of the store, it is necessary to eliminate the comments, resolve the conflict situation with the buyer and inform the administration about this.

In the case of frequent complaints of unfair fulfillment of obligations, the store may be blocked until the termination of the contract.

4. Blocking for cheating rating

On the platform, it is forbidden to artificially increase the rating and give yourself positive ratings. If in reality your work with customers is unsatisfactory, then customers will willingly leave their negative feedback and doubt the veracity of positive reviews. In case of detection of fictitious orders and reviews (created by store managers or third parties), we will regard your actions as a violation of the terms of cooperation and deception of users, the reviews will be deleted and the store will be blocked.

Store closures:

first violation - 7 days;

second violation - 30 days;

third violation - 90 days or termination of the cooperation agreement.
