Monstroplace is an Austrian online marketplace where sellers from all over Europe sell their goods and services to buyers worldwide. Sellers independently communicate with buyers, pack and ship goods. Monstroplace supports browsers on PC and mobile devices, as well as a mobile application.

Add a description of your store and a creative logo. 

You place products

Download products in a convenient way. Maintain an assortment, quality descriptions, competitive prices, give feedback to customers, provide various payment and delivery options - and Monstroplace users will start buying your products.

You receive payments

You receive payment for goods directly from customers. Cooperate with popular online payment services to provide more ways for your customers to pay for orders quickly and conveniently.

You send the goods

You pack and ship the goods to your customers. Offer a variety of shipping methods and cooperate with multiple logistics partners to meet the needs of most consumers.

You care about your clients

Try to pleasantly surprise your customers with beautiful and high-quality packaging. You may add any marketing or promotional materials of your store or product with your parcels. Thus, buyers will receive a positive emotion.

You pay commissions (royalties) only from successful transactions The commission for successful orders is debited from the balance of the store as they are completed, and according to the tariffs specified in the contract. If the buyer returned the product and you refunded the money, we will refund the deducted commission for this product.

Cost of using the online Monstroplace platform

You pay a one-time registration fee and make a monthly payment for using the platform according to the chosen tariff plan. You pay royalties for each item sold, and the amount of royalties depends only on the category of the item and is the same for all sellers.

For successful work you need:

• Regularly monitor prices and stock;
• Provide reliable information about products;
• Promptly process new orders and keep in touch with your customers;
• Fulfill orders quickly and efficiently in compliance with legal regulations and our customer service rules;
• Offer as many payment and delivery options as possible for your products;
