 1. Change of legal data

The owner of the store on Monstroplace is a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur with whom a cooperation agreement has been concluded. In the event of a change in legal data, you must notify the Monstroplace administration in advance or within 3 days of the change taking effect. If you do not do it on time, we will be forced to temporarily block your store.

If you are in the process of terminating activities or planning to change the counterparty with which the cooperation agreement has been signed, use the procedure for changing the legal entity.

To change legal data, send us a copy or photo of the application:

in which you:

  • indicate the date of creation of the document;
  • indicate the date of conclusion of the contract and its number;
  • indicate the date from which the changes have already come into effect or come into force;
  • specify what changes will be made.

Sign the completed document

Save the signed document to your computer and send it as an email attachment to dh@monstroplace.com In the subject line, indicate "Change of legal data" and briefly describe what has changed. Also, in the attachments, you must add color scans/photocopies of new documents confirming the change in legal data.

Depending on what needs to be changed, you need to submit the following documents:

  • excerpt, statute, description - to change the name of a legal entity;
  • passport, excerpt - to change the last name / first name/patronymic of a private entrepreneur;
  • order/protocol on the appointment of a director - to change the director (the executive body of a legal entity);
  • power of attorney - to change the signatory;
  • certificate of opening a bank account — to change the details of a bank current account;
  • an excerpt from the unified state register of enterprises and organizations (for private entrepreneurs, also a passport page with a new place of registration) - to change the legal address;

You don't need documents to change your correspondence address, phone number, or email address.

! The letter must be sent from the e-mail address specified in the contract, otherwise, the request will be rejected.

 2. Change of legal entity/private entrepreneur

You can change the legal entity with which the cooperation agreement is concluded. A change in the account owner may be due to the termination of the legal entity, re-registration, etc. When changing the counterparty, the name, logo, rating and reviews of your store are saved.

Changing a legal entity means terminating the contract and signing a new one. If you need to make changes to the legal data of a counterparty with whom a cooperation agreement has been signed, use the procedure for changing legal data.

To change a legal entity/private entrepreneur:

Prepare all necessary documents for a new counterparty.

Write to us in a convenient way, indicate what you want to change, and add color scan/photo copies of new documents.

Sign a new contract by paying for the activation of the store. After signing a new contract, the old one will be terminated and mutual settlements will be made.

Wait for a message with new data to enter your personal account, activate the store.

Note. It is necessary to inform the administration in advance about the change of the owner of the account since the terms of the change are 14 business days.

 3. Store administrators

In the "Accounting" section, you can view a list of all added employees of your online store. You can add, edit, delete, and deactivate/activate user accounts, as well as view the activity log. Each entry contains full name, role, login and password, email address and phone number.

Adding an administrator

To add a new manager, go to the "Edit profile", in "User profile information" click "Create a new profile" (new account). A window will open in which you must fill in the appropriate fields and select the interface language for this user to work in the personal account.

After filling in the fields, click the "Save" button - a message will appear on the screen about the successful saving of the profile, the recipient will receive a notification to the specified email address.

The profile settings section displays the user's basic data and role. Each store manager can edit his data: e-mail, phone number, password and interface language. To change data or delete it, select the required action in the manager's profile window, make the necessary changes and click "Save" or confirm the deletion.

 4. Account security

We understand the importance of keeping your account secure and do not provide data to third parties. To ensure the protection of your account, we strongly recommend that you use a unique complex password for the seller's personal account and adhere to the following rules when generating a password:

  • password must contain from 6 to 16 characters;
  • password must contain at least one letter and/or one capital letter;
  • password must contain only Latin letters;
  • password must contain at least one number or special character from the list @$!%*?& ;
  • password must be different from the login or e-mail password.

Control the relevance of the data that is necessary to enter your account and to restore access to it. If necessary, in the profile settings you can change the e-mail or password for the account.

If you need to grant access to your company's employees, do not share your account login and password with them, but add them as a new administrator of the online store.

Restoring account access

If you have forgotten your password, but remember your login, use the password recovery function. The necessary authorization information will be sent to the e-mail you specified during registration.

If you have forgotten your username and password:

write a letter in response to any previously received message from the support service. You will receive a response to the e-mail specified in the cooperation agreement. Reply from this address to verify your identity. After identification, you will be sent a login and password to enter the personal account of the seller.

Note. It is forbidden to transfer information to access your account to third parties. In case of violation of this condition, we are not responsible for the possible consequences, and your store may be temporarily blocked.

After the store is closed, access to the account cannot be restored. Further cooperation is possible only through the re-submission of an application for registration of a new seller.

 5. Store closing

If you decide to stop working on the Monsroplace marketplace platform, your store balance must be free of debt, all orders must be processed, and the current contract must be terminated.

To end a partnership:

Step 1: Let us know what you want

Write an appeal to the Administrator in your personal account.

In the appeal, you can indicate the reasons why you made such a decision. We will try to take action to correct your negative experience or impression of working with us, and you will continue to sell goods on Monstroplace. If your decision is still final, the status of the store will be set to "Suspended" and the products will become inactive. From this moment, the process of preparing for the termination of the contract will begin. Monthly service fees for accessing the https://monstroplace.com/ website and services will continue to accrue until the store completes all outstanding orders and the specified termination period has expired.

Step 2: Process all pending orders

Orders that are in the status of open or paid must be successfully completed (the status "Complete" is set) or canceled. You must not have any pending orders.

Step 3: Check your store balance

After you have no pending orders, look at the balance of the store. If it is negative, you need to replenish the balance by the amount of the debt; if the balance is positive, the funds will be returned.

Step 4. accept termination agreement

We will prepare an additional agreement stating that we are terminating our contract with you. When the document is ready, you will receive an email.

After termination of the contract, your store will be disabled and access to it will be impossible. The funds remaining on the balance will be automatically returned within 20 working days to the current account of the sole proprietor / legal entity, which is indicated in the details of the agreement.

Note. Termination of cooperation and termination of the contract can also be initiated by the Monsroplace marketplace administration based on repeated blocking of the store. Re-conclusion of an agreement with the same legal entity or individual entrepreneur is possible if the termination of the agreement was not associated with a violation of the rules and working requirements.
